Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to join our Catering Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality catering services for our customers on long-distance train services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the de-provision and provision of supplies for all long-distance trains on arrival/departure
  • Control and receive stock, ensuring best practice in storing goods, including stock rotation
  • Undertake general errands and other duties as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • A sound ability to provide quality customer service
  • Previous experience in handling food and beverages, with excellent time management skills
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in Bowen Hills. You will be required to travel to Roma Street to assist with provisioning and deprovisioning of long-distance travel trains. You will work between the hours of 0600-1930 on a rotating roster, Tuesday-Sunday, with flexibility required and dependent on business requirements.
