Job Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage entry and exit procedures, routine maintenance, and tenant relationships.
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including tenants, owners, and colleagues.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in property management.
  • Holding a current Real Estate Certificate and valid Driving License.
  • A team-focused attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of property management protocols and relevant Queensland legislation.
