About the Role

The Training Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients in the Defence industry. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics, including venue setup and travel arrangements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Vocational Education & Training/Training Design & Development desirable, or at least a Certificate IV of Adult Education, Training and Assessment or similar
  • Defence experience in EW and the Land domain would be desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
