Barista Job Description

We are seeking charismatic and customer-focused individuals with a passion for providing exceptional service as experienced Baristas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year), strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail ensuring correct orders and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and enter them into our POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct orders and efficient service.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • A friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is desirable.
