A busy venue in Western Australia focuses on delivering fast, accessible specialty coffee using high-standard equipment. The LM KB90, Anfim, and EK grinders, juggler, and Puqpress are used to ensure consistent quality.

We source excellent coffees from reputable roasters such as Stitch, Market Lane, and Wood & Co., offering a variety of periodic rotations.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a love for banter.
  • Demonstrated experience in specialty coffee is essential.
  • A genuine passion for specialty coffee, with the ability to taste, dial in, and articulate differences between various roast, origin, and processing profiles.
  • Adaptability, a willingness to learn, and teach others.
  • Solid experience in high-volume café environments is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple duties behind the coffee bar and stock.
  • Experience with POS and cashier operations is preferred.
  • Availability to work varied weekdays and weekends.

You will be part of a talented team of competent baristas who provide support when needed.
