Labourer Position

We are seeking skilled Labourers to join our civil maintenance and construction projects team.

The Opportunity

An energetic, reliable, and motivated Labourer's role awaits you. You will be part of our team that shares the same passion for civil maintenance and asphalt labouring related projects.

  • Manual handling tasks and skills associated with civil maintenance and construction projects will be your key responsibilities.
  • You will participate in 'toolbox' discussions and have opportunities to develop your skills further.
  • Civil maintenance and asphalt labouring skills using manual handling techniques are essential for this role.
  • Operating small plant items such as whipper snippers, whacker packers, mowers is also required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Complete manual handling tasks associated with civil maintenance and construction projects.
  2. Participate in 'toolbox' discussions.
  3. Apply civil maintenance and asphalt labouring skills using manual handling techniques.
  4. Operate small plant items such as whipper snippers, whacker packers, mowers.
Requirements
  • Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to allow comprehension of worksite documentation.
  • Sound civil labouring skills using manual handling techniques.
  • Workcover General Construction Induction accreditation or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Ability to attain Roads & Traffic Authority Controllers Certificate and LR Driver licence after commencement if not already possessed.
