The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake ongoing Mercedes-Benz training and development, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest technical literature, software, and best practices.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, diagnosis, and repair of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in line with brand procedures and dealership standards. You will also be required to maintain and exceed monthly productivity and efficiency targets, while adhering to all OH&S policies and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
About The Role- Servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Maintaining and exceeding productivity and efficiency targets
- Ensuring professional communication and presentation aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Staying current with Mercedes-Benz technical literature, software, and training
- Supporting the training and mentoring of apprentices
- Accurately recording all service and repair information for customer translation
- Completion of a recognized automotive apprenticeship (mechanical or electrical trade)
- Experience servicing and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles, or with another prestige/commercial dealership
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve service issues with minimal supervision
- Ability to interpret complex service literature and software
- Current Victorian driver's license
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
