Trade Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Team Leader to join our team. As a Trade Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support, product advice, and assisting customers with their technical and sales enquiries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • You will draw on your mechanical and parts knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers;
  • You will support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, focusing on coaching and developing them, as well as coordinating their daily schedules;
  • You will work closely with the store manager to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential Requirements:
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Possess leadership experience, having managed or supervised a small team in your past role(s);
  • Be able to work well within teams and possess sound computer skills;
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
