We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Specialist to lead our sales campaign. This role involves diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining vehicles, combined with the ability to promote and sell our auto services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and other mechanical parts.
  • Testing and adjusting mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Replacing worn or defective parts and reassembling mechanical components.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections to comply with road safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have high skills when using diagnostic equipment and tools to rectify issues and complete repairs, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be able to explain technical details clearly to customers and possess a Certificate III in Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

Success Profile
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Sales experience, preferably in automotive parts or services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements

We require a certificate holder with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to operate computerized diagnostic equipment and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks.
