About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our team at Seven Network in Sydney. As a key member of our Morning Show team, you will be responsible for developing and creating high-standard segments, utilizing your creativity and original approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitching, developing, and creating entertaining and informative segments for The Morning Show and across Seven's Morning Television Department.
  • Generating story ideas and identifying high-quality, exclusive guests.
  • Responding to the news cycle, including generating same-day content.
  • Ensuring all production elements are of a high standard through to broadcast.
About You

You are an experienced Producer with a passion for storytelling, exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail. Your creativity, resourcefulness, and collaborative spirit allow you to work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a producing role, in a radio or television newsroom.
  • Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to respond to breaking news.
  • Contribution of innovative ideas and a passion for entertaining and engaging television content.
  • A solid understanding of media law and ethics.
