Senior Legal Counsel for Property Development and Construction

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to work closely with senior stakeholders across the group of companies, providing commercially focused legal advice on property development and construction projects.
The Opportunity
This is a face-paced environment that will allow you to work on some of Australia's most impressive multi-purpose commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. You will be the most senior lawyer in Australia, reporting to the directors of the relevant businesses with a dotted line to the Legal team based internationally.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years' post-admission experience in construction and/or property development projects. Contract drafting experience is mandatory. You will also have a commercial approach, know how to manage a range of stakeholders, and be looking to become an instrumental member of the wider business.
