We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused legal advice on property development and construction projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex legal issues and ensure the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on property development and construction projects, including contract drafting and negotiation
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the group of companies to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years' post-admission experience in construction and/or property development projects
- Strong commercial approach and ability to manage a range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
