Leadership Career Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Zone Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, drive success in a dynamic store environment, and contribute to the growth of a leading beauty retailer.

As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large retail team, driving exceptional customer experiences, and upskilling the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and uphold our values.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store.
  • Drive success in the store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
  • Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold our values.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create memorable moments for customers.
  • Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
