Beauty Retail Manager Job Description

Spearhead retail operations and drive business growth by leading a diverse team of beauty professionals across multiple service streams. Develop team members to achieve their full potential, maintain store presentation and stock management, and implement visual merchandising and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide daily store operations and optimize customer experiences across multiple service areas.
  • Lead the development of team members through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless supply chain logistics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive sales growth through effective team leadership and motivate staff to meet targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with a keen interest in the beauty industry.
  • Previous beauty industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
