  2. Inventory Management: Oversee internal inventory and manage the Warehouse Operations & Logistics Manager to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
  3. Project Management: Manage the Project Manager to ensure all maintenance is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety standards.
  4. Production Planning: Oversee production planning and manage the Production Managers and resources to optimise output and efficiency.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Adopt a continuous improvement approach to improve operational systems, processes and best practices.
  6. Material Requirements Planning: Lead material requirements planning across all business entities.
  7. Operational Policies: Develop and review operational policies and procedures.
  8. Financial Management: Review and approve operational invoices / expenses for payment.
  9. Operations Meetings: Lead operations meetings and manage data collection to update business metrics. Take ownership for corrective actions.
  10. Employee Engagement: Promote high morale and communicate operating policies, customer issues and safety measures.
  11. Customer Relationships: Support the internal sales team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  12. Quality Management: Support the Quality Management System in maintaining the effectivity of the ISO9001 and ISO13485 systems.
  13. Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management Office on new and existing products.
  14. WHS Management: Work with People and Culture Manager to develop and maintain an effective WHS system.
  15. HR Support: Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, selection, counselling and disciplining employees.
