The Role

As Head of Operations, you'll oversee the daily operations of TODAY Fitness Villawood, ensuring that our mission is executed seamlessly. You will be responsible for optimising our processes, managing our talent, and driving member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring alignment with TODAY Fitness's vision and values.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance the member experience, streamline workflows, and drive business growth.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet our high standards.
  • Customer Experience: Elevate the member experience by ensuring that the gym environment is welcoming, inclusive, and exceeds expectations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth, ensuring that we hit our financial targets.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Innovation & Growth: Drive the development and execution of new initiatives, classes, and services that reflect our core values and keep TODAY Fitness Villawood at the forefront of the industry.

We're seeking a proven leader with experience in a leadership or operations role, ideally within the fitness, health, or hospitality industry. You should have exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
