Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement engaging and effective educational programs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including OH&S and child safety.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about Montessori education and committed to providing high-quality care and education to our students.

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
