Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Diploma or Cert 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to the inclusion of children with disabilities in all aspects of life
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR (HLTAID004)
  • Certificate IV in Disability is highly regarded

All successful candidates will be required to have a full COVID-19 vaccination and a valid First Aid Certificate within an educational context. Employment offers will be contingent upon a police clearance, current Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a pre-employment medical assessment.
