Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification and be willing to travel between other local services. You will also need to have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
