Senior AR Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our accounts receivable operations.
- Lead a team of 7 professionals in achieving business objectives and adhering to company values.
- Manage credit applications, collections, allocations, and customer service functions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Manage bad debts and ensure receivables are collected within agreed days sales outstanding (DSO) targets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within accounts receivable or credit control.
- A strong understanding of AR processes, gained through at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- A dynamic mindset with a passion for process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A team player who leads by example and fosters a culture of accountability and growth.
