We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hygiene Service Technician to join our team in the Northwest Coast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene in our clients\u2019 washrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain products and cleaning services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets and goals
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Australian driver\u2019s license
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
  • Cleaning or related industry experience
  • Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Physical fitness to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • Ability to work within our client\u2019s and Initial\u2019s safety parameters
  • Confident use of a mobile phone service app/tablet
