Job Title: Electrical Service Technician
A global leader in lifting solutions is seeking an Electrical Service Technician to join their team in the Devonport region. As a Service Technician, you will be required to hold an Electrical or Mechanical Trade. Restricted Electrical licenses are also accepted.
The Role
- Attend customer sites to conduct inspections, service, and repairs to equipment
- Conduct diagnostics for repairs
- Identify and order parts as required
- Attend to breakdowns as required
- Maintain service van stock levels
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
Requirements
- Electrical Trade, Mechanical Trade, Restricted Electrical Licence or similar
- Working at Heights and EWP Ticket
- Experience working in a similar or service role - installation, repairs & maintenance
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work in either Rockhampton, Townsville, and Mackay regions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be physically fit (stamina and strength)
- Good level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the use of computer systems and web-based technologies
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- A highly motivated self-starter

- $45-$48 per hour + super + allowances
- Additional $1 per hour allowances for Qualified Electricians
