As a Hygiene Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering washroom hygiene services, ensuring the provision and upkeep of essential products and cleaning solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid Australian driver's license.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
• Experience in the cleaning or related industry.
• Outstanding customer service skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with internal teams and clients.
• The physical capability to work independently and travel long distances.
• A strong attention to detail to uphold high standards and meet performance targets.
• The ability to adhere to safety protocols established by both our clients and Rentokil Initial.
• Confidence in using mobile applications and tablets for service management.
