About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to contribute to our customer service goals by actively engaging and connecting visitors to Melbourne's unparalleled experience.

This role will be based at the Visitor Centre and Cooks' Cottage in Fitzroy Garden, where you will play a pivotal frontline position contributing to our customer service objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences, offering tours and valuable information on Melbourne & Regional Victoria.
  • Participating in comprehensive training and being scheduled across a 7-day roster to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Maintaining retail displays, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate cash handling, including EFTPOS sales.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability to work rostered shifts across a 7-day roster.
