At Colonial First State, we're seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading multiple services that comprise our CFS Infrastructure & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have technical accountability for engineering world-class reusable IT services, providing business value across multiple squads and initiatives. They will also be responsible for managing technical assets within Cloud, Workplace and Networking Services, collaborating with other squads, business consumers and stakeholders, and predicting and identifying risks across technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong technical experience and understanding of technology, technology products and/or services in a large-scale complex environment.
  • Strong experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting workplace technologies, software and hardware.
  • Strong experience in Cloud technology products and services and application development and design.
  • Experience in networking technologies across cloud and physical.
  • Experience working with Azure and/or M365 cloud products and services (desirable).
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science or equivalent certification (desirable).
