Design Brand Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our design efforts and ensure our brand's aesthetic and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Management team to maintain consistent interior design standards across all public areas and guest rooms.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure all spaces meet specified standards.
  • Lead weekly property tours with department heads to report on projects impacting guest experience.
  • Execute design-related projects specified by the SIM design team, including sourcing materials, vendors, and budget maintenance.
  • Develop instruction manuals for proper maintenance of spaces and coordinate furniture placement, landscaping maintenance, and tool inventory.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute physical and creative setups for activations and events.
  • Maintain and organize all fixtures, furniture, and equipment assets on and off property.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous interior design experience.
  • Degree in a design or art field required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and Sketchup.
  • Ability to effectively communicate creative concepts and ideas with staff and management.
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
