Bakery Staff Job Description

We are a small, independently owned bakery store offering premium coffee and freshly baked muffins. Our goal is to provide a positive work environment where our staff feel valued and supported in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bakery area.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bakery environment is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet.
  • Be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
