Strategic Recruitment Director

This is a leadership role requiring an individual to provide specialist expertise on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. The Associate Director, Strategic Recruitment will lead statewide recruitment policy and advice to ensure timely and high-quality state-wide advice.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand talent needs, continuously improving recruitment policy, processes, and systems, and using data-led insights to inform talent strategies and monitor key metrics.

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, people and culture, public policy or related field
  • Skills: Superior communication skills, excellent stakeholder skills, and track record in driving a reform agenda
