We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mental health professional to guide trainees through their critical developmental journey.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of nurturing mentees' growth through insightful guidance and a collaborative spirit with outstanding communication ability.
- Provide case supervision and clinical support to trainees.
- Meet trainees regularly for case discussions and deliver feedback to aid career progression.
- Promote education and advocacy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality training for RANZCP trainees, particularly in cognitive behavioral therapy.
- To ensure quality improvement in training and develop confidence, clinical discernment, and resilience in trainees.
- To promote education and advocacy within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a clinical psychologist or supervisor.
- A collaborative spirit, outstanding communication ability, and a commitment to developing confidence, clinical discernment, and resilience in trainees.
