The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, labour, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead project meetings, drive safety values, and core behaviours.
  • Ensure project teams are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
  • Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
  • Manage work packs, work orders, and complete time and attendance daily.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate day-to-day works.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Appointed Persons - Schedule 26.
  • Working Rights within Australia.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
  • Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
