Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for servicing members and meeting their service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate information to members
  • Answer enquiries promptly, competently, and professionally, using correct processes, procedures, and systems
  • Manage member details and identify member retention, growth, and service opportunities
  • Understand information related to the health insurance industry and our products, processes, and systems to ensure efficient and effective answering of member queries
  • Participate in coaching and training required to keep knowledge and skills up to date
Requirements
  • HSC or equivalent preferred
  • A friendly and approachable personality and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including listening and effective questioning skills
  • Time management, customer service, conflict resolution, and attention to detail
  • An aptitude to learn with a willingness to be involved and contribute to the success of the company
