About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Industrial Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industrial cooperation/offset programs in support of current and/or future industrial cooperation obligations.

You will lead the identification of Australian capabilities that align with our business priorities/models and coordinate logistics and planning for industrial capability conferences and in-bound visits.

Additionally, you will interface regularly with procurement and industrial development teams, directly supporting capture objectives, and develop and administer relevant training activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

  • You are able to manage flexibility with tasks and schedules.
  • You possess advanced interpersonal skills and are self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
  • You have advanced verbal and written communications and are able to schedule and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
