- Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven ability to lead change and improvement in the aged care environment.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in leading and driving successful change implementation across aged care.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and strong track record of driving change and compliance.
- Proven track record in successfully driving, influencing internal and external stakeholders and achieving aged care accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and possesses a consistent customer-first approach.
- Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to prioritize workloads and manage high-value projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulation that affects growth.
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative data and qualitative data, strong analytical, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor of Nursing or Business preferred.
