We are seeking a highly skilled General Surgeon to join our team in a regional private hospital in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on quality patient care.

Our hospital is a 155-bed NFP stand-alone private hospital with a 32-bed general surgery ward and 7 operating theatres. We offer world-class facilities and a Globus Robot, making us a leader in robotic surgery.
About the Location
The hospital is situated in a scenic regional town in Queensland's Darling Downs region, approximately 1.5 hours from Brisbane. The town offers a great lifestyle with a mix of history, nature, and city amenities.
Essential Criteria
- Registration with or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in General Surgery.
- Candidates who hold the UK CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) or from a Competent Authority country may also be considered.
- Have experience working as a General Surgeon- Staff Specialist. Demonstrated clinical and technical expertise with appropriate knowledge, skill, and ability to deliver quality specialist care in general surgery.
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance.
