Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in complex payroll operations and a passion for advancing their skills in this field.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work across multiple awards and EBAs, interpret where necessary, and provide timely and accurate payroll guidance to employees and managers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively processing end-to-end payroll across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs
  • Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments, setting up new hires, calculation, and processing of termination payments and other deductions
  • Assisting with month-end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax, and workcover payments
  • Attending to payroll queries in a timely manner and assisting with any payroll projects

A competitive remuneration package is available, depending on experience between $85,000-$90,000 + super pro rata. Great training is provided on all systems and processes.

Candidates must have full unrestricted working rights and a genuine interest in payroll management.
