About the Role

Nyrstar, an international producer of critical minerals and metals, is seeking a motivated project manager to drive the governance and successful delivery of key project outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple IT projects of critical strategic importance to the business, adhering to the Nyrstar Project Management Methodology.
  • Develop and maintain thorough project management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of the project to approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to key stakeholders.
  • Work with business stakeholders and the global IT team to develop the roadmap and forward plan of projects, resourcing requirements, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Successfully managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
  • Systems Delivery Lifecycle methodologies and proven experience in the configuration, testing, and deployment of applications and system integrations.
  • Exceptional communication, engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Time and meeting management.
  • Project management tools, such as MS Project or Service Now, to an advanced capability level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualifications/certifications in at least one project management methodology (Prince 2, PMBOK, Agile) and ITIL.
