The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our IT team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the governance and successful delivery of key project outcomes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple IT projects of critical strategic importance to the business, adhering to the Nyrstar Project Management Methodology
  • Develop and maintain thorough project management plans to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of the project to approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
  • Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to key stakeholders
  • Work with business stakeholders and the global IT team to develop the roadmap and forward plan of projects, resourcing requirements and budgets

Requirements

  • Delivering large scale IT projects
  • Successfully managing multiple concurrent IT projects
  • Systems Delivery Lifecycle methodologies and proven experience in the configuration, testing and deployment of applications and system integrations
  • Exceptional communication, engagement and influencing skills
  • Time and meeting management
  • Project management tools, such as MS Project or Service Now, to an advanced capability level
