Senior Quantitative User Experience Researcher

">About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quantitative User Experience Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end research, guiding stakeholders to collaborate with research to achieve goals.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts research initiatives aligned with product vertical goals in the medium- and long-term with a well-informed understanding of the business.
  • Formulates programs of study and cumulative knowledge sharing relevant to the strategic objectives of their teams.
  • Leads projects that involve collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Accounts for the pros and cons of various research methodologies and mentors others in using techniques and tools for high-quality execution.
">Research Skills:
  • Expertise in evaluating research opportunities, especially with ambiguous requests.
  • Ability to manage, challenge, and shape inbound research requests, proposing solid research projects or programs.
  • Excellent project execution, exploring alternate methods, mixed methods, and innovative approaches.
  • Deep understanding of the pros and cons of quantitative and qualitative research and applying this knowledge to direct projects to appropriate methods.
  • Triangulation of findings, methods, and theories to ensure reliability and depth of insight.
">Required Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree or PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Expert in quantitative research and user-centered design methods.
