About This Role
">We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Analyst to lead our research efforts and manage our domestic and global portfolios. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading quantitative research projects to enhance existing strategies and develop new ones.
">Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
">- Leading research projects to improve existing strategies and creating new ones
- Contributing to the design and implementation of systematic equity portfolios
- Developing a quant investment process and infrastructure
- Providing expertise in systematic strategies, portfolio optimization/construction, and trade execution
- Ensuring compliance with all portfolio guidelines and processes
- Monitoring and reporting on investments including performance vs risk/return expectations and making necessary modifications
What We're Looking For
">You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality research to inform robust portfolio decision-making and performance. You will be self-motivated, inherently inquisitive, and able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a team to achieve positive outcomes.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a quantitative equities analyst
- Demonstrated success in leading quantitative research projects and enhancing/new strategies development
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and quantitative modeling techniques
- Excellent programming skills in Python or R
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing investment team
