Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop impactful business strategies to address client challenges and improve performance.
  • Take ownership of defined work assignments, manage client expectations, and lead project teams to success.
  • Leverage insights into client issues to design and deliver effective Data & Analytics solutions.
  • Implement and maintain complex data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management.
  • Contribute to quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development.
  • Build relationships with clients to support business development activities.

The Knowledge You Bring:

  • Experience linking business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions.
  • Data integration with various data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Strong skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design.
  • A thorough understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques, including Microsoft, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
  • Experience working with cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Awareness of industry trends and methodologies.
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.
  • 7-10 years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.
