Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong communication skills to join a growing team as Data & Analytics Manager. This is a key role, working closely with the Leadership Team to drive better decisions across the business. You'll be joining a well-established, innovative company that values operational excellence, invests in technology, and fosters a collaborative culture where your insights make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage master data within the ERP, including customer pricing, supplier pricing, category management, product content, and inventory.
  • Lead data migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.
  • Support data accessibility for B2B website functionality.
  • Design and implement a part number creation system at branch level.
  • Oversee BI reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI, Phocus, Grow, or similar tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to share insights and provide recommendations that support business growth.
  • Lead and develop a small data team, while collaborating closely with our ERP Manager, ERP Specialist, and Data & Pricing Manager.
About you
  • Highly analytical and detail-focused, with a clear strategic mindset.
  • A confident communicator able to influence leaders as well as engage non-technical stakeholders such as branch managers.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (Epicor, D365, SAP, or similar), data governance, and business intelligence tools.
  • Skilled in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and comfortable working across databases and data platforms.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, but we are also open to someone earlier in their career who is ambitious and ready to step up.
