About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong project management skills and a creative approach to marketing.

The Senior Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and implementation of global license and proprietary marketing campaigns, including the management of relationships with licensors. This role is full-time and based at our support office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and analyze new product collections, including license and proprietary campaigns for each season globally.
  • Lead and support a team of marketers to implement marketing plans to timeline.
  • Conceptualize and realize innovative brand experiences through stores, retail partnerships, and licensing collaborations.
  • Project manage licensing collaborations, ensuring seamless communication with licensors and approval of all marketing plans and assets.
  • Create and maintain marketing reports, sharing results of campaign and marketing activity, and making recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in a retail or children's brand environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with third-party agencies, such as PR firms and advertising agencies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills.
