About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Delivery Technician Trainee to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Infrastructure Delivery team, you will play a critical role in the scaling and physical deployment of new data-center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test copper and Fiber Optic cabling
  • Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices
  • Creating/attaching labels and barcodes
  • Managing inventory of related materials
  • Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work 10 hour shifts
  • Knowledge of network devices, network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
  • Familiarity with Command Line Protocols and serial connections
  • Open Cablers License with Structured cable and Fiber cable endorsements
About the Team

The Infrastructure Delivery team consists of a diverse range of builders from around the globe, working together to deliver the necessary physical network infrastructure for cloud computing.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sydney, NSW, AUS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work 10 hour shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of network devices, network cabling, optic types, and test equipment
  • Familiarity with Command Line Protocols and serial connections
  • Open Cablers License with Structured cable and Fiber cable endorsements
