Job Description

A Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the exceptional experience of our Guests. This role involves supporting all Housekeeping and Laundry teams with guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks between team members to ensure efficient and timely work.

The primary responsibility of a Housekeeping Attendant is to perform daily activities within the hotel, adhering to high standards as identified by hotel brand guidelines. Key tasks include monitoring team performance, providing excellent guest service, actively working on room availability, and managing controls within the Housekeeping department.

  • Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Actively work on availability and release of rooms for guest service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
  • Manage the controls of the Housekeeping department, including frequency of employees, release of master keys, book incidents, input and output of uniforms and linen
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent planning and organizing skills, good oral and written communication, previous experience in Laundry, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
