
Property Repair Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Restoration Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring properties to their pre-damage state. This dynamic and innovative industry is seeking enthusiastic staff to join their team in Wollongong.
- Inspect and report on damage/loss to contents items
- Perform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance at site where required
- Restore contents items using advanced techniques and processes
- Deploy, monitor and collect equipment from site
- Meet Insurer and internal Key Performance Indicators
- Enter claims information into the Customer Relationship Management system
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as directed by management
- Travel locally and interstate as required
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Water, Fire and Mould restoration highly regarded
- IICRC Accreditations highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Autonomy with minimal supervision
- Multitasking and prioritizing competing work allocations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound organizational skills including attention to detail
- Proven time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- C Class Drivers Licence (Minimum)
A National Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements of the recruitment process.
