  • We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Risk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering critical support to Investment Risk functions across various portfolios.">

About the Role

  • Develop and implement best-practice approaches in Investment Risk Analytics and Reporting.">
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Investment Risk monitoring, governance, reporting, data integrity, and over-the-counter instrument capture.">
  • Ensure the accuracy of risk-related documentation, such as policies, standards, frameworks, and procedures.">
  • Improve existing risk processes, controls, and engineering future-fit solutions.">
  • Work with stakeholders and service providers to deliver key uplift objectives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, or related field.">
  • Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) highly regarded.">
  • 5+ years in financial services, including 2+ years in Investment Risk.">
  • Strong understanding of Australian Investment Risk regulations; offshore exposure a plus.">
  • Experience across at least one of these asset classes: Fixed Income, Equities, Multi Asset.">
  • Familiarity with derivatives.">
  • Experience with third-party risk models and explaining risk drivers to stakeholders.">
  • Advanced Excel skills essential; VBA, PowerBI, and FactSet desirable.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and time management abilities.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Lists.">
