The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our Sportspower Gawler Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports/fashion and is eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members.
- Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences.
- Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs.
- Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments.
- Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable.
- Available to work late nights.
- Available to work Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays.
