The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our JT Surf Gawler Store in a casual role. As a Sales Assistant, you'll contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members.

  • Offer exceptional customer service and create unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs
  • Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods and lifting
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
  • Availability to work late nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, and some public holidays
