The Role

As Import Supply Planning Leader, you will be responsible for managing forecasting and supply outcomes for imported products, supporting demand across B2B clients and retail channels. You will work closely with the Planning Manager to drive strategic initiatives.

Your Background and Experience

You will have good experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and forecasting. A background in retail or B2B environments is ideal. You must have a good understanding of international and local supply chains.

Leadership and Management Style

As a leader, you must have strong people management skills, be patient, adaptable, and enjoy mentoring a young and skilled team. The environment is dynamic, and you must be flexible and able to cope with rapidly changing priorities.

Technology

You will utilise software such as Pronto, Avercast, Phocas, and Excel. Advanced Excel skills are required.

Requirements

You must meet the necessary requirements for this role, including being an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.
