Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements. As a Supply Chain Strategist, you will analyze historical trends, review sales plans, and assess risks to demand plan, identifying opportunities to mitigate risk and improve forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to generate accurate forecasts and demand assumptions to support strategic planning
- Develop and maintain up-to-date understanding of SKU portfolio changes and forecasts for new products/deletions
- Analyze historical trends in demand, review sales plans, and assess risks to demand plan, identifying opportunities to mitigate risk and improve forecast accuracy
- Present latest demand and forecast information in regular meetings, with clear supporting facts, insights, and recommendations to mitigate forecast risks

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years supply chain experience
- Experience using forecasting tools (SAP IBP experience ideal but not required)
- Proven ability in developing forecasts and delivering results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large amounts of data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-centric focus when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and organizational skills combined with strong attention to detail
- Continuous improvement focus and demonstrated ability to improve business processes
